Marion (Bubba) Hope

Marion is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with BS degrees in both accounting and insurance. He is a licensed Airline Transport Pilot, a Commercial rotorwing and seaplane pilot, and a Certified Flight Instructor for single and multi-engine aircraft, including instruments. He also pilots the company aircraft.

He received advanced aviation insurance training at Lloyd's of London and holds the prestigious CAIP (Certified Aviation Insurance Professional) designation. Since joining the firm in 1973, Marion has been an active participant in the aviation insurance industry. He currently serves on the Helicopter Association International (HAI) Insurance Committee and is on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Aviation Association (SCAA).

Marion has been a referee for both football and basketball, and was recently elected into both the South Carolina Football and Basketball Official's Hall of Fame. He still works High School football games. He is married to Judy Seawright Hope, who is an accomplished social worker. Together they have one son, Graham Seawright Hope. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, traveling and reading.
